PERSONAL TRAINING
At MHFS, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to build strength and muscle mass, lose weight, improve performance, or increase your energy or overall wellbeing, we are here to guide and support you on your path to success.
We offer one-on-one or partnered personal training sessions and our programs are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, including beginners, those with injuries or limitations that require more guidance and care, more experienced clients who are needing to refresh their program or are looking for a boost in motivation or intensity, and athletes requiring sport-specific training.

GROUP FITNESS
We love the fun, supportive and motivating environment that is created through group fitness. There is nothing better than getting through a workout and working toward your goals with a team of like-minded people who encourage and support each other!
We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes including strength-based, high intensity, gentle fitness, core-focused, and indoor bootcamp.
Classes are capped 8-10 people to ensure the highest quality of coaching is maintained and personalisation and modification can be integrated where needed.
OPEN FLOOR
Work through a personalised goal-specific program designed by one of our experienced trainers or complete workouts that you have designed yourself.
The gym is open outside of class times for clients who would prefer to work on their own program, at their own pace, at a time that suits them. No need to book in, simply show up within the designated open floor hours and one of our helpful team members will register your attendance.
